Mindfulness and positive reinforcement has an effect on your performance. Be mindful and recognize what patterns may arise in your thoughts before, during and after workouts and races.

  • A heightened and accurate awareness of your physiological state while in motion, paired with positive self-talk might be the key to breaking through to your fitness goals, not to mention a happier and more optimistic you
  • Replace with the negative comparisons and harsh words with positive emotions and energy to convince your brain to push a bit further
